[Interview] Online Marketing & Market Domination

Recently, I heard from a "disruptive marketer" from Pretoria, South Africa, named Louise Esterhuizen.

She has a private Facebook group for her medical service provider clients to help them build "outrageously profitable online business," and she asked to interview me about online business and market domination. Louise is a very interesting lady, and quite a character, so I agreed.

Some of the questions she asked me included things like "how did you get started in the online marketing space, what strategy would you recommend to anyone who wants to expand their business online, what is your secret for being successful, how would you teach that to others, and what would you recommend to someone to set them apart from their competitors in the online space?"

We ended up talking about quite a few things that I haven't thought about or talked about in a long time, so I thought I'd share it with you. I hope you find it helpful!
